You already know every team in your house. The league secretaries, the coaches, the parent who runs the junior program. A rep turns those relationships into orders, and keeps a commission on every piece that goes out.
You find the teams and you bring us the order. That is the job. You are not stocking anything, you are not fronting money, and you are not buying a territory.
Everything behind you is ours. Lou draws the design. The mockup comes back to you before a single piece is cut. Production, sorting, labeling by name and size, shipping, all of it is on our side.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You keep your own hours, you sell whatever else you want to sell, and you can walk away with thirty days notice.
There is no salary, no draw and no expense account. Your commission is the whole of it, and it works in a straight line.
Your rate is set personally by Dennis when he reads your application, and it is written into your agreement before you sign anything. Nobody is quoted a number until he has decided it. Extended sizes carry an upcharge, and your commission applies to the full price including the upcharge.
Your own order desk. A login at t-pac.com where you put in the roster, name, number and size for every person, and submit the order yourself. No back and forth by email to place it.
A designer, not a catalog. Your client describes what they want and Lou draws it. That is the piece our competitors cannot match, because they sell you a design off a shelf.
A mockup before anything is produced. Nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing. Your client sees exactly what they are getting.
Orders that arrive sorted. Boxes come labeled by name and size, so handing a team their gear takes minutes instead of an evening.
Your clients stay yours. We will not go around you to sell to a client you brought, for as long as you are with us and for twelve months after.
A Total Package polo with your name on it. On us, the day everything is signed. Yours to wear anywhere.
Payment when the order goes in. Every piece is made to order, so nothing starts until payment clears. This is the one rule with no flexibility in it.
The right to use the artwork. If your client hands you a logo, you are the one confirming they are allowed to use it. We will turn down artwork we do not believe we can lawfully print.
Our name used straight. You can sell as Total Package. You cannot change the logo, register anything like it, or speak for the company.
Honest expectations on time. Roughly three weeks standard from mockup approval, roughly ten days on rush. Quote that, not better.
This is not a job. Nobody is putting you on payroll. If you do not sell, you do not earn.
It costs nothing to start. No buy-in, no starter kit to purchase, no fee of any kind. If anyone ever tells you different, it is not us.
It is not exclusive, in either direction. You can carry other lines. We can appoint other reps in your area. We would rather tell you that now than have you find out later.
Custom work is not returnable. A jersey with somebody's name on it cannot go back on a shelf. We replace anything with a defect, or anything that does not match the mockup you approved, reported inside fourteen days.
Nothing is agreed until you have read the agreement and signed it, and you keep a copy of the signed PDF. Give him a day or two; he does these himself rather than handing them off.
Questions before you apply? Get in touch and ask. You will get the full agreement to read, in its entirety, before you are asked to sign anything.
