A district is not one team. It is varsity, JV and freshman, boys and girls, home and away, and it is a lot easier when all of it comes off one design and one approval.
Quantities combine across sports and across teams. A district ordering 60 basketball, 60 volleyball and 40 soccer prices at the 160 tier, not as three separate 50s. Almost nobody in this business prices that way, and it is usually worth more to a budget than any discount we could quote.
Home and away off the same artwork, so the road set is a color swap and not a second design job.

1 · Tell us the scope. Sports, teams, rough headcount and your season dates. A rough number is fine to start.
2 · Get a written quote and a sample. Line item pricing you can take to an AD or a board, plus a physical sample in your colors before anything is committed.
3 · Send the PO. We start the day it lands. Your tax exempt certificate goes with it if you have one.
4 · Delivered and invoiced. Sorted by team and size, labeled, ready to hand out. Invoice follows on net 30.
A varsity roster is fifteen players and a hundred and fifty people who care about them. Parents, grandparents, little brothers and sisters, and the teacher who never misses a home game.
Every team we outfit gets its own page on our site. Your design goes on tees, hoodies, hats and bags, and the people in the stands order their own.
They pay, they pick their size, it ships to them. You are not collecting money in a group chat or chasing anybody for a size.
